I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The online shop “Bogusław Kaczyński Publishing” sells goods on the internet.

2. The shop’s offer is unlimited in territory.
3. All prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN)

II. ORDERING

4. Placing an order is tantamount to a declaration that the customer has become acquainted with the Online Shop Regulations and accepted them in their entirety.  
5. Confirmation of order will be sent by electronic mail or telephone within 24 hours on workdays.
6. Orders will not be filled in case incorrect or incomplete data are provided by the customer.   
7. Orders will be processed directly upon confirmation of the receipt of transfer to the bank account of Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o., or confirmation of payment by credit card.

8. Goods will be dispatched within max. 3 workdays of the start of order processing.
9. Orders may only be completed if the given item is currently in stock. Otherwise, the customer will be notified and consulted as to further processing of the order (whether it should be delayed or cancelled).

10. Customers may correct their orders through contact with customer service until the invoice for the purchased goods has been issued.

III. DELIVERY TERMS AND COSTS

11. The customer selects the form of delivery.

12. The customer covers the full cost of delivery, which depends on the selected form.

IV. PAYMENT

13. Two forms of payment for the purchased goods are possible:

a) down payment by bank transfer (or via the online system Dotpay.pl) after the order has been confirmed  by Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o., but prior to the dispatch of the goods to the customer. Payment ought to be made to the bank account  of Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o. quoted below. The bank transfer name ought to include the ID of the order and the name of the customer.

V. COMPLAINTS

14. All goods sold by Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o. are brand new and in full working order. They are provided with the producer’s or importer’s warranty, valid on the territory of Poland.
15. Defective goods with production faults or incomplete will be exchanged for fault-free products on condition that the fault is reported to the company within 10 workdays of its receipt. If the product is out of stock, the shop guarantees exchange for other products or money reimbursement equivalent to the price of the product.
16. Should the customer find technical defects or other faults in the delivered product, it should be sent with the complaint and the invoice or shop receipt to the following address: Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o.

17. The product warranty does not include mechanical damage caused by external factors, e.g. during delivery.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

18. The online shop operates in accordance with the Act of on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997. Access to personal data is limited exclusively to Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o., ul. Marconich 1 m. 6, 02-954 Warsaw, which shall not make these data available to any third parties. All the customers have access to their data and may verify, modify or delete them.  Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o.,  ul. Marconich 1 m 6, 02-954 Warsaw reserves the right to use the contact data for the purposes of the company’s own market research and to send promotional materials.  
19. The contents of the online shop are not a trade offer as defined by the Civil Code, Art.  543. All the information regarding the goods offered by the shop follows the catalogue data provided by the producers. The shop reserves the right to mistakes and errors in that information.
20. In issues not covered in these Online Shop Regulations, regulations of the Polish Civil Code apply.
21. By registering in the online shop or placing an order, the customer accepts these Regulations in their entirety.
22. The exclusive owner of the copyright in product descriptions, photographs and all other materials presented on the online shop internet site is Impresariat Artystyczny Wydawnictwo Casa Grande Sp z o.o., ul. Marconich 1, m. 6, 02-954 Warsaw. In accordance with the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994, copying and dissemination (in part or whole) of these descriptions and photographs without their owner’s permission will be treated as a breach of the owner’s copyright in these materials.
